What got me into VW campervans? It’s a long story. But briefly…

I’m a petrolhead. I’ve owned loads of cars and vans – from classic models to performance cars. And, yes, my taste is pretty German. It’s the combination of classy design and great build-quality. Design, in particular matters to me: I live it (my other business is a print and design company).

The outdoor/camping bit? I’m a fitness nut. I’m a qualified personal trainer. I run, I cycle. I love music and festivals. I’m a romantic about travel and the open road. (You can see where this is going…)

So campervans came into my universe, but they had to be German. More than this, they had to be modern, reliable, well-built. They had to be VW Transporters.

I spent years researching conversions. A hobby became a business. And now here we are: South Coast Campervans – Kent’s Campervan Conversion Specialists.
